If you get tired of salad but want to make sure you are getting your greens, this shake is a tasty way to make it happen. Don't let the color scare you - it is way yummy!
Place the fresh spinach into a blender with the coconut butter and water (can substitute almond milk, coconut milk, or cow's milk for water if desired). Puree until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and protein and chop for 1 more minute (not too long as it will break down the protein).
*You can add other vegetables or fruit based on your taste but alone, this shake is a wonderful way to get some more nutrients into your day.
