All You Need is Egg Salad

The great thing about this recipe is you can adjust the allowable servings to fit your metabolic type. Plus, you are able to make variations to this easy recipe.


  • 1/2 avocado, fresh, organic
  • 1 tomatoes, roma, fresh, organic
  • 3 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1/4 onion, white, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste


Start with soft- or hard-boiled eggs. Chop them up.

Prepare other ingredients: Chop avocado. Chop tomato. Dice onion.

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy as is or accompanied with SWG bread, rye crackers, a bed of raw spinach, more egg salad! ADD BACON! Let your imagination guide you.
