This is so easy and refreshing in the summertime! It's a Lebanese combination my Mom used to make.
Slice or chop cucumber. Chop 6-10 mint leaves (or substitute 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint). Stir cucumber and mint into yogurt and enjoy this tasty, healthy combo!
