This is my favorite breakfast ever!


  • 1/2 c. cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 med. Granny Smith apple
  • 4 tbs. walnuts
  • 2 tbs. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw
  • 1/2 c. homemade coconut milk


I make oatmeal and then make it awesome by adding toppings that I love. I dice up half a Granny Smith apple, and stir that and walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, honey, and coconut milk (see Isabel's Homemade Coconut Milk recipe) into the oatmeal.
