A great way to sneak some extra veggies into your dinner!
1 c. zucchini
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 lbs. ground turkey
If you are following the TotalReset Cleanse, eat one serving for dinner on Day 8, and save the second serving for lunch on Day 9.
Combine shredded zucchini, minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add ground turkey, and use hands to mix everything up. Form into two patties.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add patties to the skillet, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
