This dip recipe is so simple - all you need is a food processor!
6 roasted red pepper
1 c. walnuts
2 clove garlic
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Place roasted red peppers and peeled garlic in the bowl of a food processor. Puree. Add walnuts and process until the mixture is a paste. Add olive oil, sea salt, and pepper; process until mixture reaches desired consistency. Let cool and serve with cut-up veggies or chips.
