Dijon Mustard and Honey Glazed Drumsticks

This sweet and savory recipe is so irresistible and great for the entire family. If you are pressed for time, you can make the marinade the night before, marinade the chicken in the morning, leave it in your fridge while you go to work, and stick everything in the oven once you get home!


    2 tbsp. dried thyme

    2 tbsp. dijon mustard

    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

    2 clove garlic

    1 pinch sea salt

    8 chicken drumstick


Preheat oven to 400°F. Mince garlic. Combine thyme, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer drumsticks to a baking dish large enough so they don't touch. Using your hands, coat drumsticks with marinade, rubbing some of the marinade over and under the skin. Bake for 45 minutes until the skin is crispy on the exterior and a meat thermometer reads 170°F.
