Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Sprouted grain bread, nitrate-free bacon, and organic eggs turn this classic into an excellent healthy breakfast!


    2 pce. uncured bacon

    1 egg

    1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread

    2 slc. tomato

    1 tsp. coconut oil

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan.

Heat coconut oil in pan over medium heat. Crack egg into the pan and cook until the white appears solid, about 3-4 minutes.

While the egg is cooking, toast the bread.

Top the piece of toast with fried egg, cooked bacon, and a tomato slice to make an open-faced sandwich. Season with sea salt and pepper.
