This burger is FULL of flavor!
1 lbs. ground buffalo
4 tbsp. yellow onion
2 tbsp. green onion
2 tbsp. orange bell pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
2 red chili pepper
1/2 tbsp. dried thyme
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tbsp. turmeric
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. sea salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
Combine ground buffalo, diced onions and peppers, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into 4 patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side, loosely covered with a lid. Serve with sliced avocado, tomato slices, and kale.
