This is a wonderful way to get coconut oil into your diet.
Combine the coconut oil (melted or not - as long as it's soft enough to stir, it will work!), vanilla extract, cacao powder, and stevia; mix until all is dissolved or it will separate. Stir in the coconut flakes.
Line an 8x8-inch pan with wax paper or parchment paper. If you melted the coconut oil, you can probably pour the mixture into the pan. If you didn't melt it, just spoon it in and spread it around with a spatula.
Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Break it up into bits and store in the fridge.
*I use this as my coconut oil that I take before a meal. I grab a piece about 20 minutes before we eat.
