This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner when you don't have much time to cook - quick and easy to make, but it doesn't skimp on flavor.

  • 1 lbs. turkey, ground, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 head cauliflower, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tsp. oregano, dried, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
  • 4 oz. cheese, mozzarella, whole fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 c. tomato sauce, organic

Place the cauliflower florets in a shallow pan. Add water - just enough to cover the cauliflower. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and let steam for 7-8 minutes.

While cauliflower is steaming, brown the ground turkey, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

When the cauliflower is done, drain it, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, and remaining garlic powder.

Stir the cauliflower into the ground turkey. Add shredded cheese, and stir to combine and melt. Divide between 4 plates, and top each with tomato sauce.
