Quick recipe for pickling beans!

  • 1/2 lbs. green beans, fresh, organic
  • 4 stlk. dill weed, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. vinegar, white wine, organic
  • 1 c. water, purified
  • 1/2 tbs. peppercorns, black, organic
  • 1/2 tbs. mustard seed, organic
  • 1/2 tbs. ground allspice, organic
  • 2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 3 chili pepper, jalapeno, fresh, organic
  • 2 garlic, fresh, organic

Combine vinegar, water, spices, salt, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until salt has dissolved and honey is well incorporated. Remove from heat, and set aside.

Arrange beans in a quart jar. Add dill, hot peppers, and garlic. Pour vinegar mixture into the jar, covering the beans completely. Cover and refrigerate.

The beans only need to sit for a few hours before they're done, but the longer they sit (a few days), the better they'll taste! Beans will stay fresh (in the fridge) for about two weeks.
