Awesome Crispy Orange Chicken

  • 2 tbs. orange zest, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. sesame seeds, organic
  • 3 tbs. coconut aminos, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 3 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • onion powder, organic to taste
  • 3 green onion, fresh, organic
  • 1 dsh. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
  • 2 stevia, packet
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 2 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, skinless, organic, free-range
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1/2 c. orange juice, fresh squeezed, organic


Combine the orange juice, coconut aminos, olive oil, orange zest, red pepper flakes, and stevia in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil on medium-high.

Cut the chicken into "tenders." Generously season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and granulated onion. Add chicken to hot skillet and brown on all sides.

When chicken is almost fully cooked, add the orange sauce, stirring to coat all of the chicken. Cook, uncovered, simmering the sauce until thickened and fully sticking to the chicken.

Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onion.
