Seafood Patties

Versatile recipe for crab, salmon, shrimp, or tuna patties. I have also used this recipe to stuff salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. salmon, baked, wild-caught
  • 1 med. bell pepper, any color, fresh, organic
  • 1 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. green onion, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. lime juice, pure, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoning, chipotle, organic
  • 1/2 c. cilantro, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. almond flour, organic
  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic

Directions

In a large bowl combine salmon (or tuna, crab, or shrimp - any seafood will work!) with chopped bell pepper, chopped garlic, sliced green onion, lime juice, honey, salt, chipotle, chopped cilantro, almond flour, and eggs. Form mixture into 12 patties.

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties to skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side.
