Almond Flour Banana Bread

This is a simple and delicious gluten-free banana bread, wonderful for snacks and breakfast.


  • 2 tsp. stevia
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 egg
  • 2 c. almond flour
  • 2 banana
  • 1 tsp. baking powder


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all the ingredients together with a fork or electric mixer. Pour into lined bread tin. Cook for about 25 - 30 minutes (it depends of your oven, so just make sure to keep an eye on it).

Let cool and serve!
