Leftover bacon is used to make this an even quicker meal.
Take one slice of left-over pastured pork bacon and chop it into small pieces. Place in a small pan and slowly heat it up, over medium heat, so the fat coats the pan.
In a small bowl whisk the 2 eggs. Add the whisked eggs into the pan with the bacon in it. Cook the eggs, while pushing the eggs around every so often, until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes)
You can also serve it with a side of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers to make a Protein Type breakfast (just remember to add the additional carbs to your ratio).
