This is a creamy, crunchy, sweet snack that really satisfies!
Place the walnuts in a food processor and pulse a few times. Add hulled strawberries (I leave them whole when I put them in the processor). Pulse a few more times, just to break up the large pieces. Add Greek yogurt along with 2 packets of stevia (or to taste). Pulse the processor a couple of times just to incorporate the yogurt with the fruit.
Note: I prefer it chunkier - the nice crunch of the walnuts with the sweetness of the berries and creamy texture of the yogurt makes this one of my favorite snacks.
