Easy tasty way to enjoy Kale and Quinoa and a host of other healthy treats
Mix all ingredients. The only required items are the kale, quinoa, olive oil and rice vinegar, everything else is up to personal taste. You can substitute almonds for walnuts, add shredded carrots or flax seed. This recipe is pretty flexible.
