This is a delicious and EASY shake that I eat everyday for breakfast. I sometimes crave it! Frozen blueberries are best for a thick consistency.
Place about 3 ice cubes, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 3 packets of stevia, and 1/2 cup of water in a blender on high. Then reduce to low and place 1 oz (handful) of raw cashews in the blender for 5 to 10 seconds (this will leave the cashews chunky). Pour and drink/eat.
