This delicious recipe satisfies any burger craving without the guilt! Gluten free! Eat alone, or with a healthy side. ( I chose asparagus!
Brown bison on medium heat. Season with garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper. Add diced tomatoes and onions. Cook until onions are tender. Measure out 2oz of meat mixture into each romain leaf. Top with thinly sliced raw or natural cheese of you choice (i chose sharp cheddar). Voila! A yummy burger without the guilt!
