Angie's Avocado Tuna Salad

This is a quick and easy lunch. You can replace the tuna with 15 oz of chicken if you want. The recipe makes 3 servings and keeps well for several days.


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • sea salt to taste
  • fresh dill weed to taste
  • 2 tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 2 c. canned white tuna
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 romaine lettuce


Mash avocado with a fork or in a blender. Add Tuna and all other ingredients and stir to combine.

Serve as a salad over romaine lettuce or as a wrap in leaves of romaine

Makes 3 servings.
