A delicious dish that can be included as a side dish for lunch/dinner, or as a small "grab-on-the-go" snack for when you're hungry :)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Use 1 tablespoon of butter to grease an 8x8 baking pan. Melt the remaining butter in a pot on low. Combine coconut flour and sea salt in a bowl. Pour in the melted butter. Stir until all the butter is absorbed into the flour, creating a crumbling mixture. When the batter has cooled some, add in the eggs. Stir some more, until all the egg is absorbed into the mixture. Add the water. Stir until the mixture is less crumbly and becomes a more silky and fluffy mixture. Move the mixture to the baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes (when it's about golden brown at the top, it should be complete). Stick a fork/knife in the bread - if it comes out clean, the bread is done! Let cool before serving.
