Oatmeal crisp breakfast

Apple Crisp (or whatever 1 cup of fruit you want) for the people who don't like to eat mushy oatmeal.


  • 1 c. apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. oatmeal, cooked, organic
  • 1/4 c. flour, spelt, whole-grain, organic
  • 1 tsp. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • cinnamon, ground, organic to taste
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 1 pinch stevia, loose
  • 1/4 c. water, purified


This is more like an apple crisp Mix all the fruit, flour, oatmeal, butter,cinnamon and baking powder in 9x9 pan, Add the water and mix well and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Comes out crisp. Divide in 4.
I sometimes use different fruits, raspberries, cherries etc.
