1 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
5 c. greens, mixed, fresh, organic
1/2 avocado, fresh, organic
Peel 1 grapefruit and cut into sections ; discard pith.
Peel remaining grapefruit; reserve half. Cut remaining grapefruit half into sections; discard pith.
Squeeze juice from reserved grapefruit half into a small bowl.
Whisk together grapefruit juice,vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add oil, whisking constantly
Place salad greens on a serving platter or large bowl. Arrange grapefruit sections over greens.
Sprinkle with avocado and drizzle with dressing.
