Mexican Egg Salad

Created this the other day and it is really yummmy!


  • 3 egg
  • 1 oz. avocado
  • 1 tbs. fresh made salsa
  • sea salt to taste


Hard boil eggs. Smash avocado. Peel and cut up eggs. Add 1 oz. avocado and salsa to taste or until eggs are moist. Sprinkle with sea salt.
