Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

Delicious dip

Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 oz. chickpeas, cooked, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. tahini, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 3 tbs. lime juice, pure, organic
  • 1/4 c. tomatoes, sundried, organic
  • 1 dsh. cumin powder, organic
  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with veggies as a dip or on crackers and bread as a spread Keeps in fridge for about 2 weeks.
