Chicken Legs ala Cheryl

Chicken in Tamari

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. chicken leg, free-range, organic
  • 2 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 2 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 3 tbs. soy sauce, wheat-free, organic

Directions

Place all ingredients in sealable plastic bag and squish around to coat. May leave till ready to cook. Pre-heat oven to 500F Place items from bag in casserole dish that has been sprayed or coated with a non-stick spray. Bake at 500F for 15 min. reduce heat to 350F, cover and cook for 30 min. or until done.
