Chocolate Chia Pudding

Super creamy, healthy, delicious dessert.


  • 1/4 c. chia seeds, organic
  • 1 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • 1/4 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 tbs. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, organic


Combined chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 - 3 hours. Use other flavors of your choice - pureed fruit or citrus juices. Enjoy!
