Slow Cooker Apple and Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

No time for steel cut oats in the morning. Why not wake up to the smell of apples and cinnamon!?

Ingredients

  • 2 med. apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • honey, raw, unfiltered, organic to taste
  • 2 c. oats, steel cut, dry, organic
  • 2 c. almond milk, unsweetened, organic
  • 2 c. water, purified

Directions

Peel and slice apples and arrange in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add cinnamon, stevia, and/or honey. Add oats, almond milk and water. DO NOT STIR. Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours. Enjoy!
