For those who don't enjoy the strong taste of apple cider vinegar, a healthy fruit and veggie smoothie is a great option! The different flavors of the fruits and veggies will help mask the vinegar taste.

  • 1 c. coconut water
  • 1/2 lbs. spinach, baby, fresh, organic
  • 3 kale, any variety, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 slc. lemon, fresh, organic
  • 1 banana, fresh, organic
  • 6 strawberries, fresh, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries, frozen, organic
  • 1/2 med. avocado, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

*Notes: Water can be used in place of coconut water. Be sure to remove stems from kale leaves. The lemon slice should be 1/2 inch - peel, pith, and all. Avocado is optional.
