For those who don't enjoy the strong taste of apple cider vinegar, a healthy fruit and veggie smoothie is a great option! The different flavors of the fruits and veggies will help mask the vinegar taste.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
*Notes: Water can be used in place of coconut water. Be sure to remove stems from kale leaves. The lemon slice should be 1/2 inch - peel, pith, and all. Avocado is optional.
