I eat this every morning and I am very satisfied until lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. white quinoa
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 c. pine nuts
  • 1/2 c. almond milk
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to warm quinoa and enjoy.
