Stovetop Frittata

Stupid easy frittata - start to finish in fifteen minutes.


  • 2 oz. sausage, pork, free-range, uncured, organic
  • 1 c. kale, any variety, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. mushrooms, white, organic
  • 4 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tsp. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic


Heat medium size skillet over medium heat. Melt coconut oil in pan. Saute mushrooms, kale and sausage. Pour eggs over mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and Cook until no longer wet on top. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and serve.
