Persimmons are ripe now and SO delicious. This smoothie makes a great snack and no one will know it includes a serving of spinach. Add 1 Scoop Protein Powder or 2 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt to Ingredients (I tried to put it there but couldn't -Perhaps Taryn can?)
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately. This is really 1-1/2 carbs - I can't enter fractions but it can be corrected in your Journal.
