Turkey Sausage Stirfry

This recipe is easy to modify based on your tastes!


  • red pepper flakes, crushed, organic to taste
  • 1 tbs. coconut flour, organic
  • soy sauce, wheat-free, organic to taste
  • seasoning, Chinese 5 Spice, powdered, organic to taste
  • 6 sausage, turkey, Italian-style, free-range, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 c. bell pepper, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. zucchini, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. onion, any type, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, organic, free-range
  • garlic, fresh, organic to taste


Melt coconut oil in pan, brown sausages, and remove to slice into bite size pieces. Saute vegetables to likeness, and return sausages to the pan. Add minced garlic, 5 spice, and red pepper flakes (optional); saute. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and simmer. Mix coconut flour with remaining chicken broth and add soy sauce to your taste. Warm through until sauce has thickened. Serve with rice if desired.
