Yummy! Tastes like ice cream and my 4-year-old who won't eat any kind of nuts or nut butter loves this!

  • 1/2 med. banana, frozen, organic
  • 2 tbs. cashew butter, creamy, organic
  • 1/2 oz. chocolate, dark, 70%, raw, organic
  • 1/2 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • stevia, liquid to taste
  • ice, pure & filtered to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until consistency is smooth, thick, and creamy. Eat immediately - it melts fast!
