A quick fix or breakfast on the go!! - no protein powder needed!


  • 1/2 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbs. hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbs. peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. water


Put everything in the blender until liquid. I use 1/2 of coconut milk and add water to make it liquid but you can just make it all with coconut milk.
