A yummy, dense and moist chocolate-ly cake that is great to serve as a fancy dessert with berries and some Greek yogurt straight from the oven! Always a crowd pleaser!
Preheat the oven to 350’F (175’C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Gently melt the chocolate Process the chickpeas in a food processor then add the eggs and honey and blend until smooth. Add the baking powder and melted chocolate and pulse until the chocolate is mixed through. Pour into the well-greased cake tin Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. It is cooked when a knife inserted in the middle comes out cleanly. Be careful to not overcook it as it will become rather dry. Nice served hot with a dob of Greek yoghurt and some berries. But it also stores well in the fridge for later too.
