Lovely sprinkled on top of Greek yogurt. The whole recipe makes 3 cups and has 7.5 carb, 9 protein and 0.5 fat exchanges. I divided these by 9 (and rounded) to get the serving info, so it actually has a little less than 1 carb exchange. I use certified gluten-free oats in mine...


  • 2 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1 oz. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1 oz. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 1 oz. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1/4 c. coconut, unsweetened, shredded, organic
  • 3 date, organic
  • 1 oz. raisins, organic


  1. Place dates in the freezer while prepping the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Toss the other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cut the dates into small pieces and slowly toss with the remaining ingredients. Add dates slowly, as they will stick together if too many are added at once.
