Baked omelet in silicone muffin cups

Individual egg omelet s for anytime of day or night.

Ingredients

  • 12 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1/4 c. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. carrot, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. cheese, shredded, any type, raw, organic

Directions

Pre cook as much sausage as you would like. Cut up small diced carrots and broccoli . In separate bowl whisk 12 eggs. Pour into sausage mix. Mix all together . Divide among 12 silicone cups. Put in oven at 350 foe 20 minutes. Let cool. They pop right out . Either fridge or freeze. They are wonderful. Points are going to,depend on how much u put in each cup.
