Adapted from a delicious piece of fish I tried at a restaurant! Tried to recreate it.

  • 1/2 lbs. salmon, fresh, wild-caught
  • 5 tbs. sesame seeds, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 dsh. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic

Preheat oven to 350 Place salmon on foil or parchment paper Rub salmon with oil, honey, and lemon juice. Top with sesame seeds - should be a thick layer "crust" Bake for about 15 minutes.
