This is a baby spinach, raspberry salad with protein of choice added and a raspberry vinagrette over the spinach. I like mine with shrimp or chicken.
Place all ingredients into salad bow. I use 1 cup spinach, about 7 raspberries, 1/4 cup red onion (sliced), 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts, 1/2 cup feta or goat cheese, 1/2 cup boiled shrimp, and a fat free vinagrette.
