I make food in big batches for my husband that works out of town and is trying to stick to the BD plan. so I always have cooked chicken in the fridge. this is a quick dinner for me when I don't want to use lots of ingredients. I love sweet n spicy and the honey on the plate is nice to dip the chicken in for a sweet n spicy sauce.
1) cut the chicken in 1inch chunks 2) cut the woody ends of asparagus leaving whole 3) chop garlic 4) in a large nonstick frying pan on med/high add 1/4 cup water garlic, chicken and asparagus and cook until the water is about gone. 5) add the butter and turn down to med stir to coat all foods in butter. 6) slide on to plate 7) warm the honey and spices in a coffee cup and drizzle over the dish. This is a quick and satisfying meal I love the sweet and hot taste.
