Homemade Pork Sausage

This is a delicious tasting sausage for your morning protein needs. One serving actually has only 1/3 of a fat and 1/3 of a carb on BD so they don't count! Serving size 2 patties.


  • 1 lbs. ground pork
  • 2 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 med. white onion
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 tbs. fennel seed
  • 1 tbs. red bell pepper


Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Divide into 12 patties and cook on medium to medium-high heat until well done on each side. I use about half a teaspoon of coconut oil in the pan to prevent sticking and cook four at a time. I have made this without the apple and it was still good. It is also good without the seasonings, or try others.
