"I typically do not like baked fish. However, I love this one! It is light-tasting, and, in my opinion, does not have that 'fishy taste.' I serve this fish with English peas or green beans and wild rice..

  • 4 catfish, wild or line-caught
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 1 tbs. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1 tsp. paprika, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a shallow pan with olive oil. Place fish fillets into the prepared pan. Season with juice squeeze from a lemon, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper and paprika. Bake in the preheated oven until 25 minutes or when fish flakes easily with a fork because some ovens vary..
