Breakfast Casserole

Eggs, sausage, bread, and cheese mixed together and baked.


  • 1 lbs. sausage, turkey, Italian-style, free-range, organic
  • 8 slc. sprouted whole grain bread, from organic grains
  • 8 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 2 c. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic


Cook sausage, breaking it up as it cooks, and drain. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with coconut oil. Place cooked sausage in bottom of dish. Tear up pieces of bread and place over sausage. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together, and pour over sausage and bread. Top with 2 cups of cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes.
