This is a creamy, healthy and delicious curry sauce to go on shrimp, chicken, veggies or brown rice.
Mix all ingedients in a pot on the stove set for medium heat. Stir until all blended and warm. If you'd like it thicker add in some almond flour and continue to stir. Otherwise once it is warm and well mixed put in cooked shrimp, chicken, veggies-- whatever you'd like-- take off the stove, serve and enjoy.
