Raspberry smoothie with added fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. coconut water
  • 1 c. raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds
  • 1/4 c. spinach
  • 2 tbs. nut butter

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
