Skinny Overnight Oats

Delicious and easy breakfast, so good it's hard to believe it is good for you. I'm sure you could add any fruit of your choice.


  • 1/4 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
  • 1/4 med. banana
  • 1/2 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • stevia to taste
  • 1 tbs. pecans


Place all the ingredients in a jar (I use a pint canning jar with lid.) shake REALLY well, cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning add your favorite crunchy toppings such as nuts, granola, etc.
