  • 1/2 oz. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1/2 med. apple, red, fresh, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1 dsh. nutmeg, organic
  • 4 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic


Measure out all ingredients into a bowl, mix well, and enjoy.
