This is a smoothie that is great for Breakfast, Lunch or anytime as it is full of protein and heart healthy fruits and vegetables.


  • 11 3/16 fl oz. coconut water
  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 12 almonds, organic, raw
  • 1 tbs. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 2 hndfl. spinach, baby, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. blueberries, frozen, organic
  • 4 lrg. strawberries, frozen, organic
  • 1 tbs. hemp seeds, organic


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
